Shipping & Returns

Shipping & Delivery
Most orders are shipped via USPS. Larger orders may ship via UPS or FedEx. Shipping methods are determined solely at the discretion of Dynasty Brands. Shipping weights and costs are calculated at checkout.
Orders are shipped from our warehouse within 2-7 business days from the time the order is placed. We ARE NOT liable for delays in shipments as shipping schedules are estimates and CANNOT be guaranteed. If for some reason we cannot ship your products within thirty (30) days, we will provide you with notice and an estimate of time for delivery. We may also offer you a substitute of goods (at our discretion) to maintain your order. International orders are subject to delays in Customs. Please note that all International orders are packed and labeled per USPS requirements before leaving our warehouse and we are not liable for such delays.

 

Returns & Exchanges

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return your item(s) within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please make sure to ship with a carrier that provides tracking. We are not liable for return packages that are lost in transit. Your local Post Office should be able to provide this service for a nominal cost.

Exchanges: Please provide a note in the package with your order number and the item(s) and/or size(s) you are exchanging for. Customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping, however, we cover the shipping cost of the exchanged item(s) back to the customer.

Returns: Please provide a note in the package with your order number and the item(s) you are returning for a refund. Customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping, however, we cover the shipping cost of the exchanged item(s) back to the customer.
